On this collaboration, I worked with Maitre D, a Bay Area-based producer, DJ and educator. His song productions include singer/rapper Jidenna, Sadat X (of Brand Nubian), and Detroit J-Dilla affiliate, Guilty Simpson, along with Bay Area indie Hip Hop & R&B artists, such as up and coming Oakland collective, MacArthur Maze. His music has been featured on HBO & Prime Video. He has made a name for himself as a DJ, bringing his diverse blend of genres & original edits to dancefloors from Honolulu to Brooklyn.
